- During a 15 minute call, we will ask you 10 simple questions about your IT (don’t worry if you don’t know all the answers!).
- We will assess your IT based on your answers and create a customised plan.
- We will present our plan to you in another 15 minute meeting and schedule a follow up call for three days time.
- We are confident you will see the value in our plan, so during this call we will ask you to sign on for 12 months.
- If you say yes, great – we start the process of taking over your IT.
- If you need more time, we will schedule a follow up meeting for one weeks time.
- If you’re still not ready to go ahead, we will keep you in our system and check in with you every three months – no pressure, we’ll simply see how you’re going, what has changed and if there is anything we can help you with.
- If you decide you don’t want to hear from us any more, just let us know – we’ll take you out of our system.
